As a Digital Marketing Lead at Aderans, you’ll drive the planning, execution, and optimisation of digital campaigns—with email marketing and ads at the heart of your strategy to engage, convert, and retain customers.

Working closely with the Marketing and IT teams, you will lead initiatives across SEO, paid media, e-commerce, and analytics, with email and ads as your primary channel for driving performance. You'll deliver impactful campaigns, sophisticated automations, and segmentation strategies that support both our online store and eight retail outlets.

  • Website merchandising and user journey improvement

  • Customer engagement and retention (CRM, loyalty, reviews)

  • Performance reporting (email KPIs, campaign ROI, conversion tracking)

  • Budget planning and channel allocation

What You’ll Do

  • Email Marketing & CRM

  • Take full ownership of the email marketing channels—from strategy to execution

  • Build and optimise campaign flows in alignment with our promotional calendar

  • Create segmented campaigns tailored to different customer journeys

  • Design and implement email automations (abandoned basket, win-back, retargeting, post-purchase, etc.)

  • Continuously A/B test subject lines, content, design, and send times to maximise performance

  • Monitor key metrics (open rates, click-through, conversions, unsubscribes) and make improvements

  • Oversee the management and hygiene of customer email databases

  • Support implementation of the customer loyalty program via email and online portal

Digital Strategy & Paid Campaigns

  • Develop and refine integrated digital strategies to support marketing objectives

  • Propose and manage digital channel budgets in line with performance priorities

  • Plan and run paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, Pmax)

  • Track and analyse ROI, acquisition cost, and campaign engagement

Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)

  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page optimisation strategies

  • Support content and landing page development based on SEO best practices

  • Oversee local SEO and Google Business Profile management

E-commerce Website & Digital Assets

  • Assist IT in the maintenance of e-commerce website content and product pages

  • Ensure product/category pages are SEO-optimised and visually aligned with promotions

  • Manage digital content assets and support cross-platform consistency

  • Maintain the B2B Image & Resources Library for internal and external use

Customer Experience & Engagement

  • Review and improve the full digital customer journey

  • Manage online reviews and feedback channels

  • Support loyalty and retention initiatives
