Marketing Manager
Eastbourne
We're looking for a hands-on, commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team during a maternity cover period at Collier Webb.
This is a senior, fast-paced role working closely with the Managing Director and Design Director, shaping the strategy while also being deeply involved in delivery - from campaigns, content and digital launches, events, PR and showroom display.
This role is for someone who enjoys both strategic and practical work, is comfortable leading a team, but is equally happy getting stuck in.
Based at our Eastbourne head office, with regular travel to London, this is a great opportunity to play a key role in a growing British brand with ambition in both the UK and the USA.
If you have senior marketing experience, a creative eye and a practical mindset - ideally within interiors or design - we'd love to hear from you.

Strategy, Planning & Budget Ownership
Build and deliver the marketing plan and calendar, aligned with company objectives.

Ensure all content consistently reflects Collier Webb’s brand identity, craftsmanship, and tone of voice.
Digital Marketing & Analytics
Work with the Senior Marketing Executive and Systems Director to drive digital marketing strategy, implementation and optimisation.
Monitor performance across all digital channels, using analytics to guide improvements and support storytelling.

Oversee the planning and execution of product launches, showroom events, trade shows and press activities.
Work closely with Sales and Business Development teams to support enquiry growth and client engagement.
Ensure distributors and sales teams are equipped with up-to-date product information and campaign collateral.
Act as a senior representative with media, agencies, and external partners.
Brand & Market Insight
Maintain a strong understanding of the design community, competitor activity and sector trends.
Uphold brand positioning across UK and international markets, ensuring consistency and relevance.
Personal Attributes
Proven experience in a senior marketing management role, leading a team and overseeing multiple concurrent projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Brand Management or any other related field.
Proficiency in using analytics and CRMs to monitor performance and inform marketing decisions.
Strong understanding of campaign management across digital, events, PR and print.
Excellent organisational, planning and leadership skills.
Confident communicator with experience working across creative and commercial teams.
Demonstrated ability to review, refine and approve content with a strong eye for brand storytelling.
