To maintain our momentum, we are seeking a part-time Quality Assurer to enhance our existing resources.
This exciting role includes:
Ensuring Quality: You will be responsible for maintaining the quality of teaching and assessment, ensuring they meet the highest standards.
Flexible Hours: This part-time role can be fitted around your other commitments.
Innovative Planning: You will help plan new and innovative ways of assessing and delivering training.
Collaboration: You will work closely with the Head of Future Skills, keeping projects on track and bringing fresh ideas to the table. Your contributions will play a significant role in helping people discover their future at ESC.
We’d love to hear from you if you can demonstrate the following:
Qualifications: Level 4 Award in Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practices or its equivalent.
Experience: Substantial experience in working with or assessing qualifications in retrofit for domestic dwellings.
Industry Knowledge: A relevant industry-related qualification such as the Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management.
Expertise: Qualified and experienced Retrofit Assessor with confidence in managing or supporting others in a team.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
