The Role: Social Media Specialist

YOU:

  • Creative, proactive and music-loving

  • Confident and able to take full ownership of our social channels

  • Have in depth working knowledge of all social media platforms

  • Great graphics skills

  • Great organisation and time management

You will be the voice (and vibe) of Stylophone online — crafting killer content, building relationships with influencers and creators, and turning followers into fans.

This isn’t just a “schedule the posts” kind of job. We want someone who can generate ideas, run with them, respond quickly to viral moments and truly live the Stylophone brand.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the driving force behind all our social media platforms – strategy, content, community, the lot.

  • Plan and execute a bold and creative content calendar that aligns with our brand, editorial series and product releases.

  • Source online content for use on our platforms.

  • Create engaging video, graphic images and written content that resonates with our community and excites new audiences.

  • Build and nurture relationships with influencers, musicians, content creators and fans.

  • Stay plugged into what’s trending – and adapt it in a way that feels uniquely Stylophone.

  • Engage daily with our community through comments, messages and posts.

  • Analyse performance and report back with insights and improvements.

  • Help organise and archive content like a pro.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years of social media experience for a brand (agency or in-house).

  • Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook – you know what works, what doesn’t and keeps abreast of new platform features.

  • Experience in content creation with excellent graphic design skills and video/photo editing.

  • Strong copywriting skills

  • Great organisational skills – you can manage multiple campaigns and still deliver on time.

  • Confidence to work independently while collaborating with the wider team.

  • Bonus points if you’ve got a background or serious enthusiasm for synths, music gear or electronic music culture.

Experience in:

  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, etc.) Canva, Capcut, Final Cut Pro

  • Social media scheduling/analytics tools (in app analytics, Later, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
