About the Role

BetTOM is a newly launched and fast-growing brand in the betting industry, officially going live in 2025. Since launch, we’ve already begun surpassing performance targets, and as we continue to expand, we’re looking to strengthen our Content Team with a Junior Graphic Designer / Marketer.

This is an entry-level role ideal for someone who enjoys creative media production and wants hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment. The role is heavily focused on graphic design and asset creation, with opportunities to get involved in marketing execution and website content as you grow.

You’ll work closely with the content and marketing team, supporting Lead Content and helping bring promotions to life across our website, email campaigns, and other channels. Your work will go live, be seen by real users, and have a direct impact on the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Creating a high volume of graphic assets, including:

  • On-site banners

  • Promotional images and creatives

  • Logos and branded assets

  • Marketing visuals for email campaigns

  • Producing 30+ creatives per month, primarily banner and image-based content

  • Supporting email marketing campaigns (visual content and layouts)

  • Assisting with website content and promotional pages

  • Helping maintain visual consistency across the brand

  • Supporting the wider content and marketing team with day-to-day tasks

  • Working in a small team where everyone wears hats because they’re cool

Required Skills

  • Strong graphic design skills with a focus on promotional media

  • Confident use of Adobe Photoshop or similar

  • Good understanding of branding, layout, and visual consistency

  • Ability to work to brand guidelines and creative specifications

  • Willingness to learn, take feedback, and work at pace

Preferred (But Not Required)

  • Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms

  • Basic knowledge of HTML

  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms/software

  • General digital marketing knowledge

  • Interest in sports, betting, or casino content

While additional technical or marketing skills are a bonus, the core requirement for this role is media and creative asset production.

Interview Process

As part of the interview process, shortlisted candidates will be provided with BetTOM’s brand guidelines and asked to replicate logos and create sample creatives in line with brand themes and specifications.
